Come feel the exhilaration of one of our adventure sports. The instructors at Sheilbaggan will be happy to give you expert tuition and ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

With one on one instruction you will progress through your chosen sport quickly and will want to come back for more
Activities can be adapted for your skill level and desired level of physicality.
