3 mornings of Sit on Top Kayaking, Stand up Paddle Boarding, Swimming, River Safety Rescue techniques and building water confidence in a safe environment with lots of fun supervised by a qualified Kayak Instructor.
We provide shortie wetsuits, helmets and bouyancy aids.
Please bring with you, old runners (must be a full shoe) for the water, swimsuit, lots of snacks and something to drink.
